Our lab researches attachment relationships and social functioning in childhood, adolescence, and emerging adulthood. We focus particularly on coping, emotion, adaptation and social connectedness. In the lab, you will find some people studying cortisol levels to understand how attachment mediates physiological responses and others exploring how attachment influences our success in relationships or our ability to cope with stressful situations.
Welcome to our lab page. This site provides information about ISU’s Developmental Lab.
We have both undergrad and graduate students active in the lab
