MAKING APPOINTMENTS at the WRITING CENTER |

To contact the ISU Library location, call (812) 237-2989.
To contact the Root Hall location, call (812) 237-3274.
Appointments can be made for either location from these telephone
numbers. We cannot make appointments via voice-mail messages, so
please contact us during our hours of operation.
Please have the last 6 digits of your 991 number available at the time
of scheduled appointments or walk-in appointments and bring your
student ID with you.

OUR APPOINTMENT POLICIES: |
If you must cancel an appointment, please
call at least 24 hours in
advance.
If you
fail to show up for appointments and do not notify us of a
cancellation, we reserve the right to decline further
services to
you for the semester, since "no-show" appointments deny other
students the opportunity to receive assistance.
If
you are more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, we must
count you as a "no-show" and your time slot will be given to
another student needing assistance.
We
allow 1 rescheduling of an appointment per week with 24 hours advance
notice. Constant rescheduling forfeits
appointments for other students who
need assistance. More than 3 rescheduled
appointments per semester means
you must come to us as a walk-in only for the rest of
the semester.
